House of Worktops is operated by professionals who have been in the timber industry since 1999. Their passion and experience drove them to create something of their own: the perfect worktop. They could get there only by owning the entire chain – from the raw material to manufacture to customer experience.
The challenge
To create a brand that differentiates itself and resonates with customers. To employ concepts such as brand personality, organizational values, a higher purpose and in general simply move beyond the idea of being just another ecommerce brand.
The project
Keeping in mind their existing offline business and conveying the same quality and service through the online store was important.
We’ve tried our best to showcase their quality products and make the user experience smooth and easy. Also since it is an online store, it requires regular updates and optimisations for ongoing promos and sales.
