Customer Support Executive


We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Support Executives to join our team and work with one of our UK-based clients. This is an entry-level, non-voice role where you will support sales and customer operations through emails and chats only, aligned with UK business hours.

Customer Support Executive duties and responsibilities

  1. Handle customer and sales-related queries via email and live chat (no calls)
  2. Support the sales team with order processing, coordination, and follow-ups
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
  4. Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
  5. Ensure timely, professional, and clear written communication
  6. Follow defined processes, SLAs, and quality standards
  7. Provide basic documentation and reporting support when required

Customer Support Executive requirements and qualifications

  1. Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)
  2. Good written English communication skills
  3. Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel; CRM knowledge is a plus)
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  5. Ability to work in UK-aligned shift timings (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)
  6. Comfortable working 6 days a week
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  8. Team player with good time-management skills
  9. Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
