We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Support Executives to join our team and work with one of our UK-based clients. This is an entry-level, non-voice role where you will support sales and customer operations through emails and chats only, aligned with UK business hours.
Customer Support Executive duties and responsibilities
- Handle customer and sales-related queries via email and live chat (no calls)
- Support the sales team with order processing, coordination, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
- Ensure timely, professional, and clear written communication
- Follow defined processes, SLAs, and quality standards
- Provide basic documentation and reporting support when required
Customer Support Executive requirements and qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)
- Good written English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel; CRM knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in UK-aligned shift timings (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)
- Comfortable working 6 days a week
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Team player with good time-management skills
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
