QA Tester duties and responsibilities

1. Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
2. collaborate closely with other team members and departments
3. execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
4. Design and develop automation scripts when needed
5. Detect and track software defects and inconsistencias
6. Provide timely solutions
7. Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
8. Provide support and documentation

QA Tester requirements and qualifications

1. Minimum of 1  year of experience as a Software Tester or similar role
2. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
4. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
5. Knowledge with iOS and Android
6. Knowledge with Windows platforms in a Client/Server environment
7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
8. Team player
9. Good time-management skills
10. Great interpersonal and communication skills
